From 20 October 2018 we will be introducing new client notifications

As part of our efforts to increase visibility and transparency for clients, from 20 October 2018, we are pleased to announce we will be introducing SMS and email notifications to all account holders for settlement account changes.

Your action required

Please ensure we have correct contact details for all account holders and complete a Change of Contact Details form should their details require updating.

Please note that this is a mandatory service requirement therefore clients cannot opt-out of this service.
